Curry tuna spread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can of tuna, natural
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • curry powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the tuna. Then mix it with the sour cream. Season to taste with the spices and serve. Notes: I didn’t specify the quantities of the spices, as everyone likes curry powder differently. I personally add about 1-2 teaspoons to the spread. You can also use cream cheese instead of the sour cream. I don’t recommend using sour cream, as it will make the spread very thin. The tuna must be thoroughly drained, or the spread will be too runny.
