Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, red
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Sambal Oelek or Pul biber
  • 1 tsp mustard, hot
  • 2 pinch(s) sugar, (or a little more)
  • 2 large onions, grated
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Thyme or oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

super tasty for pork

This amount is enough for about 600g of meat – ideally marinated overnight. Mix all ingredients, from oil to onions, thoroughly, add the garlic, and season with salt and thyme or oregano – and you’re done. Minute steaks marinated in this marinade are a treat, but neck steaks or schnitzels also taste absolutely delicious.
