Creamy tagliatelle with arugula and turkey breast strips

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g tagliatelle, white
  • salt water
  • 100 g arugula
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 100 g turkey breast
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 100 ml chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 100 ml sweet cream (19%)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain. Peel and dice the garlic and onions. Chop the arugula and set aside. Season the onions and garlic with salt and pepper and sauté in olive oil. Then deglaze with the chicken stock and reduce the heat. Cut the turkey breast into strips and add. Let it simmer briefly, then stir in the cream and the previously chopped arugula. Stir the drained tagliatelle into the sauce, serve in a deep dish, and finish with grated Parmesan.
