Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 onions
  • 750 g zucchini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ⅛ liter of water
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 cube of vegetable stock
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Thyme
  • marjoram
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice
  • dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 30 minutes

Sauté the chopped or crushed onion and garlic in the oil, add the zucchini and sauté. Add the water, vinegar, and broth and simmer for 10 minutes. Add all the spices and let stand in a cool place for 1 day.
