Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 5 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) top/bottom heat. Cut the cauliflower into florets. For the marinade, combine all the remaining ingredients and add the florets. Mix thoroughly. The florets should be completely covered in the marinade. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the florets on it. Cook in the oven on the middle rack for about one hour. Can be eaten hot or cold.
