Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 Camemberts
- 2 eggs
- e.g. breadcrumbs or grated bread
- Oil for frying
- 8 tbsp jam (fruit jelly), homemade or store-bought
- 4 slices of toast
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Roll the Camembert in the beaten raw eggs, coat with breadcrumbs, and fry in the oil in a pan on both sides. Cover the pan with the lid to ensure the Camembert melts into a creamy texture. Meanwhile, toast the bread in the toaster. Place one slice of toast and one Camembert on each plate, garnishing the cheese with 2 tablespoons of fruity jelly.
