Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 g thyme
- 5 g marjoram
- 5 g oregano
- 5 g rosemary
- 50 g salt, medium coarse
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Dry all herbs beforehand and roughly chop them, then place everything in a bowl and mix. Now transfer the contents to a blender (or hand blender) and chop. Once everything is the desired size, it can be bottled. Note: If the herbs were freshly dried, they will keep in a jar for about a year.
