Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 700 ml elderberry juice
- 600 ml balsamic vinegar, dark
- 100 g coconut blossom sugar
- 200 g sugar
- 2 tbsp gelling sugar
- 4 allspice berries
- 4 carnations
- 1 small cinnamon stick(s)
- ½ star anise
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat the elderberry juice and balsamic vinegar, add all the sugars and dissolve. Now add the spices in a spice bag and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove the spice bag and bottle the vinegar.
