Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g milk
  • 20 g cornstarch
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • some vanilla pod(s) or vanilla extract
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 250 g quark, low-fat
  • 4 tbsp vanilla sugar, real
  • 200 g grapes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Dessert with homemade pudding

Whisk the milk with the cornstarch, sugar, and vanilla pod or extract and bring to a boil. Be careful to avoid lumps. Fold in the egg yolk and let cool slightly. Mix the quark with the sugar and custard. Pour the cream into glasses and top with grapes.
