Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 50 g butter
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- e.g. Parmesan
- some salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
simple spaghetti with butter and parmesan, if there is not much left
Cook spaghetti in salted water and drain (reserving a small amount of spaghetti water). Melt the butter in the hot spaghetti. Finely chop the garlic and then crush it with a little salt. Season to taste, serve on a plate, and grate Parmesan cheese over the top. A very simple recipe, not the most fancy, but it’s quick, easy, and you almost always have everything on hand.
