Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g spaghetti (wholemeal)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 leaves of sage, fresh, if you like, take more
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • some herbal salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 pieces of tomato(s), 1 red 1 yellow/orange

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with sage, garlic and olive oil

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. In the meantime, peel and finely dice the garlic. Chop the sage leaves into smaller pieces. Finely dice the tomatoes; they’ll be added at the end for a splash of color. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and sage; they shouldn’t brown. Add a little of the pasta water and the cooked spaghetti. Season with herb salt and pepper, transfer to a bowl, and fold in the raw tomato pieces.
