Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tomatoes, ripe
- 100 g onion(s), roughly diced
- 3 g garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- 50 ml balsamic vinegar
- 50 ml olive oil
- 5 g sugar
- 5 g salt
- 1 g pepper
- 50 g Parmesan, grated
- 500g spaghetti

an ideal summer dish, we eat it often every summer
Chop the tomatoes, onion, and garlic. Make a marinade from the balsamic vinegar, oil, and spices. Mix with the vegetables and let it marinate. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti. Top the hot spaghetti with the cold tomato salad and Parmesan cheese.
