  • 1 can of pizza sauce
  • 2 tbsp ajvar
  • 3 slices of cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp oil, e.g. chili, basil, garlic
  • 2 cream cheese wedges
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 50 g tomato peppers, from the jar
  • e.g. salami, ham, tuna, peppers, tomatoes, peas, onions
  • 1 some pizza seasoning

Instructions

Roll out the dough on a floured surface, making each side about 5-6 cm larger than the baking sheet. Then place it on the greased baking sheet. Tear the slices into strips and arrange them around the edge. Sprinkle a little more grated cheese over the slices and fold over the excess dough, pressing firmly to create the cheese crust. Mix the sauce with the ajvar and spread it on the baking sheet with finely chopped tomato and peppers. Sprinkle some of the cheese as a base. Now spread the topping as desired. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Cut the melted cheese wedges (it’s a bit sticky), grate or crumble the feta, and tear up any leftover sliced ​​cheese and distribute them. Chop the garlic and arrange them on the pizza crust. Finally, brush the pizza crust with oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (fan 175°C) for about 25-30 minutes.
