Pasta pizza with minced lamb and goat cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g minced lamb
  • 200 g goat cheese
  • 1 can of pizza tomatoes (400 g)
  • 100 g mie noodles
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 tsp garlic, dried
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp herbs de Provence
  • 1 egg(s), size M
  • 1 pack of pizza dough (ready-made product)
  • 3 tbsp Emmental cheese, grated
  • n. B. Oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Cook the mie noodles according to the package instructions, drain, and then set aside. Preheat the oven to 160°C fan/gas mark 3. Finely dice the onion and fry with the minced meat until browned and crumbly. Add the pizza tomatoes, garlic, herbs, and pasta. Bring everything to a boil. Roll out the pizza dough and spread the minced meat and pasta mixture lengthwise in the center. Leave enough space around the edges to fold in the dough. Cut the goat cheese into cubes and spread it over the minced meat, pressing it in slightly. Now fold up all sides of the dough and seal it over the mixture. Crack the egg and brush the dough with it. Sprinkle the Emmental cheese on top. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes, until the mixture is golden brown.
