Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- salt water
- 20 g butter
- 1 bag of vegetables (buttered vegetables, frozen)
- some salt and pepper
- some herbs (e.g. dried salta herbs)
- possibly crème fraîche
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water as usual. Meanwhile, prepare the buttered vegetables according to the package instructions. Place the pasta in a large bowl and toss with the butter and buttered vegetables. Season to taste with pepper, salt, and herbs. If desired, you can also refine it with a cup of crème fraîche.
