Spaghetti with spinach cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • salt water
  • ½ point leaf spinach (frozen)
  • 1 bulb(s) garlic
  • ½ onion(s), diced
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • nutmeg
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Prepare the spaghetti as you would in salted water. First, defrost the spinach leaves in the microwave. Lightly fry the onions in a pan, then add the garlic and spinach and sauté for about 1-2 minutes. Deglaze with white wine. Finally, stir in the cream and crème fraîche, bring back to a boil, and season to taste. Drain the spaghetti and serve with the spinach.
