Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg shoulder ham
- 18 g curing salt
- 3 g white pepper
- 2 g nutmeg
- 2 garlic cloves
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour
Cut the meat into pieces and sprinkle with the spices. Chop the garlic, add it, and grind everything through a meat grinder. Knead thoroughly and then fill it into 28/30 mm casings. Roast. Alternatively, you can preserve it by filling it in cans or jars and boiling it for 2 hours.
