Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g pasta (croissants)
  • 100 g peas (frozen)
  • 200 g meat sausage
  • 100 g cheese (butter cheese)
  • 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)
  • 100 g Miracle Whip (15% fat)
  • 100 g yogurt (whole milk)
  • Salt
  • 3 tbsp mandarin orange juice
  • 6 tbsp gherkin broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Drain, refresh briefly, and drain well. Briefly stir the cold peas into the pasta. Cut the bologna and butter cheese into approximately 1 cm pieces each, and mix both ingredients in a bowl. Add the yogurt and Miracle Whip. Remove the canned mandarins, drain well, and add to the bowl with a little of the mandarin orange juice. Season with salt and pepper and stir in a little gherkin juice. Finally, fold in the pasta and pea mixture and let everything sit at room temperature for 15 minutes. Adjust seasoning if desired, then serve.
