Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pairs of sausages (Wiener or Frankfurter)
- 8 slices of cheese as desired
- 16 slice(s) bacon (breakfast bacon), well marbled
- some fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wiener with bacon and cheese
Halve the sausages lengthwise and fill each with a strip of cheese. Reassemble the sausages and wrap them in bacon. Heat a little fat in a pan and quickly fry. Serve with French fries and a green salad.
