Hawaiian tortellini salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g tortellini with cheese filling. From the refrigerator
  • 2 bell peppers
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 300 g cooked ham
  • 300 g pineapple
  • 120 g mayonnaise
  • 120 g sour cream
  • 100 g pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 15 g mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the tortellini in salted water according to the instructions, drain, and place in a large bowl. Slice the bell pepper, slice the cucumber, finely slice the onion, halve the tomatoes, dice the ham, and dice the pineapple. Add everything to the tortellini. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, pineapple juice, sugar, mustard, garlic powder, ginger powder, and pepper. Add the dressing to the tortellini and vegetables, mix well, and season to taste.
