Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg broccoli
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 piece(s) ginger root, walnut-sized
- 2 chili peppers, red
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- some lime juice, 1 large dashes
- 4 salmon fillets with skin, 175 g each
- 1 tbsp wasabi paste
- 75 g sesame seeds
- Salt
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the broccoli in salted water until al dente. Wash the salmon fillets and pat dry. Brush the flesh side of the salmon with wasabi paste and season with salt. Press the coated side of the fillets into sesame seeds. Heat the oil in a pan. Sear the salmon skin-side down first, then turn over and fry with the sesame seeds on over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger. Halve the chili peppers lengthwise, remove the seeds, and cut into thin strips. Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the garlic, ginger, and chili peppers for 2 minutes. Carefully stir in the broccoli. Season the vegetables with soy sauce, sauté for another 2 minutes, and season again with lime juice. For 4 servings, one serving has 590 kcal.
