Asian Chinese cabbage salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 Chinese cabbage
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 8 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 pack of glass noodles
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips. Steam the glass noodles in a pan with a little water. Then add the butter and fry. Mix the remaining ingredients into a sauce. Place the Chinese cabbage in a bowl and spread the glass noodles on top. Then pour the sauce over it.
