Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tagliatelle pasta
- 250 g turkey breast fillet(s)
- 250 g mozzarella balls (mini balls)
- 250 g peas (frozen)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- some parsley, chopped
- 125 ml mayonnaise
- 125 ml tomato ketchup
- 3 bell peppers, colored
- some chives, chopped
- Oil for frying

with roasted turkey breast strips and mini mozzarella
Cut the turkey breast fillet into thin strips. Sear them in a pan with a little oil. While the turkey breast fillet is cooking, make a sauce from mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, salt, pepper, parsley, chives, and lemon juice. Season to taste and add any other spices you like. Cook the tagliatelle al dente according to the package instructions. Drain and refresh. Stir the frozen peas into the sauce while still frozen. Trim and dice the bell peppers. Mix them into the sauce as well. Stir in the cold tagliatelle and the mozzarella balls. Now stir in the turkey breast strips and any juices. Mix everything well and let it sit in a tightly covered bowl overnight until ready to serve.
