Pasta with broccoli, tuna and caper sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 can tuna, in its own juice
  • 3 tsp capers
  • 1 pack of Rigatoni or Spirelli
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Chili flakes, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Add the pasta to boiling salted water and cook until tender. Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into fork-sized pieces and cook in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Finely chop the onions and fry briefly in oil. Rinse the pasta and broccoli separately and toss in a bowl with olive oil. Add the onions. Add the tuna and capers. Season with salt and pepper. If desired, add some chili flakes.
