Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quick, easy and delicious

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the package instructions. Then drain and let cool. Wash and tear the basil, then chop it finely, ideally with a mincing knife. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Now make a vinaigrette with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a little water, and the peeled and crushed garlic (everyone decides the amount of each ingredient for themselves). Place the spaghetti in a bowl. Spread the vinaigrette over the spaghetti and toss well with the chopped basil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Just before serving, add the halved cherry tomatoes and toss well again.
