Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bulbs of fennel
- 2 tbsp, heaped butter
- 50 g Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the fennel bulbs into slices about the thickness of your thumb, then melt the butter in a pan and roast the fennel slices for about 20 minutes, turning frequently. Arrange on plates and grate fresh Parmesan cheese over the top. Serve with roasts and boiled potatoes.
