Broccoli with goat feta

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 kg broccoli, frozen
  • 2 tsp black cumin
  • 180 g feta cheese (goat feta)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place the broccoli in a baking dish. Finely chop the goat’s feta. Sprinkle the black cumin and feta over the broccoli. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook the broccoli in the oven for about 30 minutes.
