Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g chili pepper(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 can peach(s) (820 g)
  • 35 g sugar
  • 200 ml rice vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Wash the chili peppers and remove the green stems. Chop into large pieces. Peel the garlic clove. Place both in a tall bowl and add the peaches and their juice. Blend everything thoroughly. Bring the vinegar and sugar to a boil in a large saucepan (it will foam as it boils). Add the blended mixture and simmer over medium heat for about 30 minutes. While the sauce is still hot, pour it into prepared (sterilized) jars. Tip: You can also thicken the sauce with cornstarch, if desired.
