Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels
- 2 tbsp oil
- 30 g flour
- 30 g butter
- 500 ml milk
- 3 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
just the thing for garlic fans
Season the schnitzels and fry them in oil on both sides until cooked through. Melt the butter. Add the flour and sauté. Stir in the milk. Finely chop the garlic and add to the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve the schnitzels with the sauce. Potatoes go best with this dish.
