Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 2 packs of salad herbs (Knorr Salad Seasoning Garden Herbs with Garlic)
  • 1 jar feta cheese, marinated in oil, approx. 300 g
  • 1 large tomato(s)
  • Salt for cooking

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. Then let it cool in the refrigerator. If you’re in a hurry, you can rinse the cooked spaghetti with cold water until it’s cold. Finely dice the tomato. Place the cold spaghetti in a large bowl and add the feta cubes and oil. If you don’t like it too oily, simply use less oil. Sprinkle the salad herbs on top. It’s important that they are garlic salad herbs. Then mix everything well. I do everything by hand because it distributes the ingredients best that way. Finally, stir in the tomatoes. Tastes great at a barbecue or snack buffet.
