Chicken wings, pretty spicy
Wash the chicken wings and pat dry with a paper towel. In a small bowl, combine the chili sauce and soy sauce with the honey and lemon juice. Press the garlic cloves through a press into the sauce. Crush the chilies in a mortar and pestle. Mix with salt, paprika, and ginger powder and stir into the sauce. Place the wings in a glass or porcelain bowl and pour the sauce over them. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for at least 10 hours. The next day, preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and place them in an ovenproof dish. Spread the sauce over them and bake at 220°C (425°F) for 35 minutes. If the wing tips start to get too brown, loosely cover with aluminum foil.
