Fruity pasta salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 1 can pineapple (pineapple pieces)
  • 1 can of corn
  • 2 cans of tangerine(s)
  • 1 small jar mayonnaise, low-fat
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • e.g. curry powder
  • n. B. Pfeffer

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the noodles and let them cool. In a large bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients, add a little of the pineapple juice, and season with curry and pepper. Stir in the noodles. Let the finished salad sit for at least 3 hours. Kids will love it too!
