Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g shrimp(s), frozen
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
- 2 small zucchini
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp salad cream (yogurt salad cream)
- 4 tsp Italian herbs, frozen
- some salt and pepper
- 100 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Thaw the shrimp. Peel and chop the garlic. Halve and slice the zucchini, and finely slice the bell pepper. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté the shrimp vigorously. Add the garlic and sauté. Add the prepared vegetables and sauté for about 5 minutes. Add the salad cream and herbs, and deglaze with the water. Bring everything to a boil and season with salt and pepper. We like to serve this with homemade ciabatta bread.
