Mushroom salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh, brown and white
  • 2 onions
  • 1 dash of lemon juice
  • 1 tsp rapeseed oil
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. herbs (e.g. 8-herb mixture, frozen)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Peel the onions and slice them into thin half rings. Heat the rapeseed oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the mushrooms and onions. Season with salt and pepper, add the dash of lemon juice, and the herbs. Let cool in a bowl.
