Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g broad beans, young (can)
- 3 bell peppers, roasted, sweet and sour pickled
- 20 g butter
- 1 dash of sweet cream
- 20 g cream cheese with herbs
- salt and pepper
- Sugar

a different variation of the beloved vegetable
Remove the canned green beans, drain, and toss in butter in a saucepan. Remove the roasted bell peppers from the jar, thinly slice them, and add them as well. Season with salt and pepper. Add a generous splash of sweet cream and simmer gently. Mix in half a teaspoon of sugar and thicken with the herb cream cheese. This vegetable pairs well with pan-fried dishes or specialty dishes, such as turkey fillet in puff pastry.
