Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 50 g butter
- 1 stalk(s) leek, n rings
- 3 stalk(s) celery, cut into strips
- 3 carrots, cut into strips
- 2 fennel, cut into strips
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp parsley, chopped

delicious and easy-to-prepare side dish
Heat the butter in a large pan and lightly fry the vegetables. Deglaze with the vegetable stock, reduce the heat, and sauté until the vegetables are tender but still have a bite. Drain any excess stock. Stir in the parsley and season with salt and pepper. This vegetable is an excellent side dish to fish or meat dishes.
