Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 200 g cream cheese
- 350 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 200 g blueberries, preferably fresh

Crack the eggs into a large bowl, stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar, and briefly beat with a mixer until fluffy. Then add the flour, baking powder, and cream cheese and mix until smooth. Finally, add the blueberries to the batter and mix well. Prepare a muffin tin and fill each muffin case with about 1.5 spoonfuls. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes.
