Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 cream puffs
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • orange juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Summery sweet

Whip the cream with one or two tablespoons of sugar until stiff. Slice eight strawberries and dice the remaining strawberries. Cut the cream puffs in half (1/3 and 2/3) for the lid and fill with a little cream. Sweeten the strawberry cubes with a little sugar, if desired, drizzle with a splash of orange juice, and fill the cream puffs with it. Pipe more cream on top using the piping bag and decorate with the strawberry slices in a star shape. Place the lid on top and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
