Pickled garlic potatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 jar Miracle Whip
  • Garlic, fresh or powdered
  • 1 pack of frozen herbs (8 herbs or parsley)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • some milk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 20 minutes

Cook the potatoes in salted water and peel them once cooled. In a large bowl, combine Miracle Whip with cream and milk to make a smooth sauce. Season with garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir in the 8 herbs or parsley. Add all the potatoes to the bowl and make sure they are covered with sauce. If necessary, spoon the sauce over the potatoes. Let it sit overnight. Perfect for barbecues or cold and hot buffets.
