Blueberry Vanilla Muffins

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 170 g sugar
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 180 ml milk
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 300 g blueberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

simple and quick, without curd

Cream the softened or melted but cooled butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Gradually add the milk, pudding powder, flour, and baking powder. Finally, fold in the blueberries and pour the batter into 12 muffin cups. Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 150°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. Enjoy.
