Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g Habanero pepper(s), dark red
- 2 tbsp, heaped salt
- 50 ml vinegar essence
- 200 ml water
- 50 g horseradish, fresh, grated
- 50 g ginger root, grated
- 100 ml apple cider vinegar, clear

Mix the vinegar essence, water, and salt. Roughly chop the habanero peppers. Coarsely grate the horseradish and ginger. Combine all ingredients, except the apple cider vinegar, in a saucepan. Simmer for at least 40 minutes. Blend the ingredients and simmer with the lid on for another 20 minutes. Strain the mixture through a sieve and dilute with 100 ml of apple cider vinegar. Bring to a boil again and then pour into jars or bottles. Tip: It is best to wear gloves and safety goggles during preparation.
