Fennel and orange salad with gomasio

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 fennel
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 2 tbsp seasoning salt (Gomasio – sesame salt)
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Alternatively, with sesame. This amount is enough for 2 servings as an appetizer.

Cut the fennel and orange into small pieces. Heat the fennel in the previously heated oil in a pan. Just before the fennel is done, add the orange pieces and sesame salt. After about 40 seconds, the appetizer is ready. If you don’t have gomasio, prepare the fennel and orange with a little salt as described and remove everything from the pan. Then briefly heat the sesame seeds in the pan and mix them into the fennel and orange.
