Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ liter of tea (fruit or other berry tea)
  • ¼ liter cloudy apple juice
  • 8 carnations
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • ¾ lemon(s), the juice
  • ½ orange(s), the juice
  • 4 tsp, heaped sugar, brown
  • 150 g mixed berries (frozen)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Punch without alcohol

First, prepare 1/2 liter of tea. Then, warm the apple juice, orange juice, and lemon juice with the cloves, sugar, and cinnamon in a small saucepan on the stove (do not boil). Pour the warm mixture through a sieve into the tea. If desired, add the fruit to the finished mixture at the end and serve hot.
