Salmon fillet with crab and dill sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g salmon fillet(s), cut into 4 slices
  • 100 g herb butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 300 ml wine, white, dry
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon(s)
  • 100 g crab
  • 1 tbsp whiskey
  • 1 bunch dill, finely chopped
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

good with asparagus and young potatoes

Melt the herb butter in a large pan, dust with flour, sauté, and deglaze with white wine and cream, stirring constantly. Simmer for 10 minutes. Season with lemon, sugar, whiskey, salt, and pepper. Stir in the dill, add the salmon fillets and crab, and let it simmer gently with the lid on for about 10 minutes.
