Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 570 g blueberries
- 3 eggs
- 120 g flour
- 100 ml milk
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 10 g powdered sugar
- some butter or oil for the pan
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the blueberries. Then place all ingredients in a bowl and stir. Heat oil or butter in a pan. Then, using a tablespoon, drop the mixture into the pan, one spoon at a time, and fry over low to medium heat on both sides. Finally, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve. Serve with vanilla sauce. You can also garnish the pancakes with berries. You can also use currants instead of blueberries.
