Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s), finely diced
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 2 tbsp tomatoes, dried, cut into strips
- 1 chili pepper(s), cut into rings
- 1 jar white wine
- 100 ml fish stock
- 200 g shrimp(s), ready to cook
- 200 g mussel meat
- 1 bunch parsley, freshly chopped
- 1 tomato(s), finely diced
- 4 portions of pasta of your choice
- e.g. Pecorino for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Sauté the onion, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and chili rings together. Deglaze with white wine. Add the fish stock and bring to a boil. Add the shrimp and mussels and heat through. Sprinkle with parsley and diced tomatoes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions. Add the pasta to the pan and serve immediately, sprinkled with a little pecorino cheese.
