Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 5 tbsp, heaped sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 tbsp, heaped cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp, heaped coconut flour
- 2 tsp, leveled cream of tartar baking powder, gluten-free
- 100 ml milk
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar for about 5 minutes until frothy. Add the cocoa, coconut flour, baking powder, and milk and mix. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan. Bake in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 50-55 minutes.
