Gluten-free chocolate cake with coconut flour

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 5 tbsp, heaped sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbsp, heaped cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp, heaped coconut flour
  • 2 tsp, leveled cream of tartar baking powder, gluten-free
  • 100 ml milk
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar for about 5 minutes until frothy. Add the cocoa, coconut flour, baking powder, and milk and mix. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan. Bake in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 50-55 minutes.
