Nacho Layered Salad

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • ½ iceberg lettuce
  • 1 bottle of sauce (salsa sauce, approx. 350 ml)
  • 1 can of corn
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt (small cup)
  • 3 tbsp Miracle Whip
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 1 bag(s) of nachos
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some pepper
  • some paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Prepare on the day of consumption!!

Wash and chop the iceberg lettuce. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and fry in a hot pan. Drain the can of corn. Wash and deseed the tomatoes and bell peppers, then cut into small pieces. Mix together the sour cream, yogurt, and Miracle Whip. Crumble the nachos directly in the bag. Now layer everything in a large bowl as follows: Line the bottom with the iceberg lettuce, then add the minced meat and then the salsa. Then add a layer of corn, tomato, and bell pepper pieces. Spread the sour cream, yogurt, and Miracle Whip mixture on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Just before serving, add the nachos to the salad, otherwise they would go soft.
