Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 800 g potatoes
- 2 tbsp oil, good
- 50 g Emmental cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp chives
- Pepper, black from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Wash the potatoes, brush them thoroughly, cut them lengthwise, and place them on a greased baking sheet. Brush the cut sides of the potatoes lightly with oil and roast in a preheated oven at 225°C for about 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the cheese, pepper, poppy seeds, and nutritional yeast. If desired, brush the cut sides of the potatoes with oil again and spread the mixture on top. Bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with chives and serve. Serve with a salad.
