Wash the oranges thoroughly and dice them, including the peel. Then, place the orange cubes in a large pot with the citric acid and 1 liter of water and let stand overnight. The next day, return the juice to the stove as is and simmer until the orange cubes are soft. Blend everything with a hand blender. Add the sugar and the 7 liters of water and bring to a boil again. Finally, pour everything into prepared bottles and seal them with rubber caps while still warm. This juice is not very sweet. Very inexpensive.
